What this role will do for you:

You’ll be exposed to the working parts of a SaaS company and will be provided the autonomy to take a programmatic approach to our acquisition strategy. This is a non quota-carrying individual contributor role focused on business development via partners. Your contributions will help salespeople hit targets and will have a direct impact on the bottom line of the business.

 

What you'll do for us:

  • Evaluate, analyze and maintain existing partner relationships with benefit advisors, CPAs, accountants, payroll companies, and other small business consultants.
  • Grow our network of partner relationships by identifying, prioritizing, and developing outreach campaigns via phone and email to new sources (professional associations, LinkedIn groups, etc.).
  • Own the partner program communications strategy, including our partner e-newsletter, working closely with our marketing team on content, design and timing of communications.
  • Deliver a fresh perspective to help scale our partner program.
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver sales tools and collateral that will drive success for partners.
  • Analyze and report on partner funnel metrics (like win rate) using Salesforce.com data.
  • Communicate product and market feedback from partners to product management; advocate for the needs of our partners within PeopleKeep, especially with our product and marketing teams
  • Become an expert in our industry, competitors, product and customers.
  • Assist sales leadership with enterprise partner efforts as needed.

Requirements

  • Interested in SaaS businesses and how they work.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Passion for developing professional relationships.
    • Highly motivated and results oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
    • At least 2 years in a similar role preferred.
    • Experience using a CRM required (Salesforce preferred).
    • Experience using partner relationship management software preferred.
