PeopleKeep is looking for an Operations Specialist based in Indianapolis, Indiana who will be a key member of this fast paced and high-volume software team. As part of a rapidly growing startup, you’ll take on a leadership role in developing and optimizing operational systems and processes that will enable our business to scale quickly. You’ll also be instrumental in designing and implementing quality assurance systems to ensure we consistently deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. The best part? Primary Responsibilities:
Enter with a hunger for knowledge and a desire to see career growth within a sales organization that is producing rapidly.
Support growth teams with quote and RFP generation by providing financial analysis, network analysis, and sales collateral.
Provide additional project-based support for Sales Teams in line with the evolving needs of the organization.
Provide support to internal operations teams by processing healthcare applications, responding to member requests, clerical data maintenance and account maintenance.
Respond to member eligibility questions and verify enrollment statuses.
All other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate must have:
3+ years of demonstrated experience in operations roles, ideally within tech or insurance industries.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for collaborating across teams.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis/management tools.
Ability to obtain a health insurance producer license (current license is a plus).

This is an in-office position in downtown Indianapolis four days/week, with work from home Fridays.
