What you’ll do for us:
You’ll help our customers Monday through Friday during normal business hours make the most out of their benefit, making a real difference for real people and their families. You’ll be our ultimate flexible team player, able to help customers directly via email, chat, and outbound calls as well as review user-submitted expenses for eligibility. Don’t worry, you won’t be doing both at the same time!
In the morning, you might investigate and troubleshoot technical product questions with a customer in live chat and in the afternoon review user submitted insurance premiums. Other things you will do in this role include:
Be an advocate for our customers by ensuring their voice is heard within PeopleKeep
Work with a variety of software tools to create great customer experiences
Investigate and troubleshoot technical product questions
Work closely with the team to help define eligibility and policy rules
Collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless customer experience
What this role will do for you:
You’ll expand your knowledge of working parts of a SaaS start-up by collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, customer success, product, and design. You’ll also hone strong communication and problem solving skills to aid in your career development. You’ll be trusted to work with autonomy so you and the team can thrive.
