Content Marketing Manager

Job description


PeopleKeep is looking for a talented Content Marketing Manager to take responsibility of our content marketing strategies including our blogs, e-books, infographics, social media outlets, and SEO. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional with a strong writing and editing background. You should be able to develop engaging content, in multiple lengths and formats, to attract and retain customers. For this position, it’s also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends. Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness.


  • Own strategy, planning, project management, creation, publishing, internal distribution, and analysis of compelling content for target buyer audiences
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, and Sales to create assets and offers for campaigns that create awareness, fuel demand generation, and nurture prospects down the buyer's journey
  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
  • Collaborate with design contractors to produce high quality, aesthetically pleased, on brand content
  • Maintain editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met
  • Deliver a variety of engaging content on a regular basis in coordination with team members’ needs
  • Edit, proofread, and improve content written by others in the organization
  • Own and execute blog and social media content calendar
  • Employ the use of SEO tools in identifying trends, issues, and opportunities to ensure that PeopleKeep maximizes the opportunity from content and drives higher rankings.
  • Analyze performance – engagement, bounce rates, visits, conversions, attribution, etc.
  • Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
  • Conduct customer interviews to produce case studies and testimonial content
  • Assist in public relations efforts


  • Proven work experience as a Content Marketer or Content Strategist, preferably SaaS B2B
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, WordPress, or other Content Management Software
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Software (i.e. Hubspot, Marketo) a plus
  • Understanding of web publishing requirements
  • Understanding of brand standards, tone and voice
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
  • Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Google Analytics Certification a plus
  • Organic social media content experience a plus
  • Experience with Adobe creative suite a plus
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • BS degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
