What this role will do for you:

You’ll be exposed to the working parts of a SaaS company and will be provided appropriate guidance and mentorship to impact our acquisition strategy. This is a non quota-carrying individual contributor role focused on business development via partners. Your contributions will help salespeople hit targets and will have a direct impact on the bottom line of the business.


What you'll do for us:

  • Develop relationships within our existing partner ecosystem that consists of benefit advisors, CPAs, accountants, payroll companies, and other small business consultants.
  • Grow our network of partner relationships by identifying, prioritizing, and developing outreach campaigns via phone and email to new sources (professional associations, LinkedIn groups, etc.).
  • Contribute to the partner program communications strategy by working closely with our marketing team on content, design and timing of communications.
  • Deliver a fresh perspective to help scale our partner program.
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver sales tools and collateral that will drive success for partners.
  • Analyze and report on partner funnel metrics (like win rate) using data.
  • Communicate product and market feedback from partners to product management; advocate for the needs of our partners within PeopleKeep, especially with our product and marketing teams
  • Become an expert in our industry, competitors, product and customers.
  • Assist sales leadership with enterprise partner efforts as needed.

    • Experience in sales development / account development role a plus, but not required.
