Senior Digital Marketing Manager

We're looking for someone who can drive results in a highly collaborative, mission-driven environment. To succeed, you must be as comfortable digging through marketing analytics as you are writing engaging CTAs.



Responsibilities

Design and optimize lead generation, demand generation and customer nurturing programs using marketing automation software.

  • Improve conversion rates on the company website

  • Develop marketing automation content, including landing pages, forms, and CTA’s

  • Create nurturing strategy and manage nurturing campaigns for prospects and our referral program

  • Provide segmentation and personalization recommendations for digital marketing channels

  • Serve as a best-practices and implementation owner for A/B tests and other controlled experiments to continually improve website conversions

  • Optimize marketing systems and be the “power-user” of Hubspot

  • Improve marketing data integrity and data management

  • Keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

  • Align messaging and manage communication frequency and priority

  • Create efficient lead management processes between sales and marketing

  • Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Product Marketing and Customer Service


Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in SaaS B2B digital marketing and demand generation

  • Experience executing email marketing and social media promotion campaigns

  • Expert in Hubspot and proficient in Salesforce

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices

  • Ability to develop, execute, and manage marketing plans in a rapidly changing startup environment

  • Adept at collaborating with others
