Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with potential customers and referral partners
  • Deliver a great service experience to website visitors as they explore our products

  • Help small business owners understand their problems and determine if there is a mutual fit

  • Champion and deliver PeopleKeep’s story and value proposition to key stakeholders

  • Provide market feedback to the marketing and product teams

  • Identify ways to improve existing processes

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Helpful, not pushy
  • Self-motivated
  • Interested in helping people and building relationships over closing deals
  • Comfortable making decisions based on data
  • Enjoys a fast-paced working environment

  • Likes solving hard problems as a team

  • Comfortable with software tools

  • Strong listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information
