We're looking for someone with paid digital media experience who is ready to manage the full omni-channel paid strategy. This is a senior-level individual contributor role. To succeed, you must be able to help drive strategy for multiple paid media channels. You’ll have the ability to make a big impact in an environment with a lot of autonomy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Plan, develop, launch and optimize all paid digital marketing campaigns including paid search, display advertising, and paid social to drive inbound lead acquisition.

  • Research and potentially launch other paid channels, including content syndication and software review sites.

  • Support partner marketing efforts, working closely with content marketing on joint efforts.

  • Maximize campaign ROI via rigorous tests and learn to optimize copy, creative, and audience targeting.

  • Manage channel spend and budget process to meet growth and ROI targets, including monthly forecasts and reporting.

  • Be dedicated to continuous testing and tracking of new ways to get quality leads for our inside sales team using Hubspot, Google Analytics, Salesforce and other marketing tools.

  • Play a key role in reviewing and enhancing tools and technology to improve tracking, attribution, audience segmentation, and reporting.

  • Work with key stakeholders and internal teams to define digital marketing strategy and deadlines to ensure goals are met.

  • Work collaboratively on the creative process to create compelling landing pages and ads that resonate with prospective customers.

  • Manage digital budget and budget pacing.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.

  • Negotiate media placements with third parties where applicable


What we’re looking for in you:

  • At least three years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS company.

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional program and project management skills.

  • Strong team player with initiative, a positive attitude and proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with tag management system (such as DTM or GTM) a plus.

  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing campaign strategy & execution.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-sufficient in content generation and curation.

  • Proven experience with HubSpot,, and other MarTech.

  • Excellent technical and analytical capabilities.

  • Interest in continually learning and honing your marketing craft.

  • BA/BS or 4-year degree, or equivalent experience.
